After an extensive corporate career, Mr. Militello decided to open his own firm and combine his expertise in the areas of brokerage, banking, insurance and lending under one company. Thus, 212 Mortgage Group was formed in 2007.

Clients can now deal with one firm for all of their Residential and Commercial Mortgage needs. Whether it’s to purchase a property, refinance to obtain a lower rate, buy a vacation or investment property- we have the programs.

He prides himself in assisting home buyers obtain mortgages for their Primary, Vacation and Investment Properties.

After graduating with an honors degree in Finance, George took employment in the corporate management field.  After achieving success within a top fortune 50 company, George left the corporate environment for something more meaningful.  He was then recruited and hired by the New York State Police and eventually took employment with a local Police Department in his home town.  In conjunction with his Law Enforcement career, George comes from a family with over 20 years of Real Estate experience in which he was looking to expand upon.  As a family man, George made an instant connection with 212 Mortgage Group, as it is a small, personalized firm which treats all of its clients like family.  George takes pride in treating each one of his clients like his only one, and emphasizes the importance of educating his clients on the entire process.
